Could not Load Assembly "Error"

However, the place I find people getting stuck  because of the some of the
Load Assembly Error. Now you do not want to very further on this question.

This Error comes because of your application is Higher version then your assembly
declare in Web.Config files.

Please Please do following Steps to remove that Error. and Complies it Again.

 

Here Error comes because your application is higher version then you declare in Web.config files. See the following : go to  Right Click Application Folder > Go to Property Page >Build Option ;

 

Now you Change the Framework with your Application Framework  and compile your application again.
